This wordpress environment is provided as a self-service offering, technical support is limited. Site owners are responsible for building and maintaining the site. If a site should not be updated in a 12-month period it may be removed.

Theme Support

We host our WordPress sites with WP Engine, who recently acquired the theme developer StudioPress. Through an agreement with our hosting company, the Genesis Framework and many of the Genesis themes are available to us.

Editing Experience

The editing experience that is now the default in WordPress is called Gutenberg. Named after the German blacksmith who introduced mechanical movable type that revolutionized printing, the Gutenberg editor brings movable blocks to WordPress. Adding Content with Blocks

Blocks are the components for adding content in the WordPress block editor.  WordPress has developed a set of standard blocks that can be used in various themes. 

Atomic Blocks
